Conditions

-Bookings are guaranteed only once up-front payment is received.

-Cancellation Charges: If booking is booked and cancelled, a refund of 50% of total rental amount can be refunded if alternate booking is found (either by the renter or our company) to replace the same time slot.

-A security/damage deposit will be required and will be applied to any damage to the unit.
